SHIPPING & RETURNS

All manufacturer warranties will apply. Call us within 30 days of receiving your item for a return authorization number, and give a reason for the return. An item is considered new if it is returned with all manuals, included accessories, and original packaging. Items may be subject up to a 25% restocking fee if they can not be sold as new. If your order received free shipping, you will also be charged a restocking fee if the item is returned. If your item has been mounted or attached to a gun, the item is subject to a higher percentage restocking fee as it is no longer considered new. If you have attached items to your newly purchased gun, it will no longer be considered new and will be returned for less than the original price. Firearms, Reloading Supplies, Ammo, Barrels, Triggers or Parts, Class III items, Electronics, and Optics are all non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment was received. Refunds could take up to 8-12 business days depending on your financial institution.

For the return please be sure you have all of the following items in the package: 

• Item being returned

• Accessories included with item

• All manuals

• Original box and packaging

• Do not send items back to us without first calling or emailing, and receiving an RMA number!
