DISCLAIMER: By purchasing a pre-order of any KS model you will sign and agree to the invoice price and conditions with a non-refundable 50% waitlist spot. If you choose to back out of the sale you will abide by the agreement to forfeit the non-refundable waitlist spot of 50% of the price of the invoice. This is due to high demand and low availability to commercial markets.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns will only occur when products have factory defects, and/or wrong product was shipped and delivered. All other returns will be forfeit to retailers' discretion and approval of return, all pre-orders and sales are final once payment is submitted and successful, buyer agrees to these terms upon purchase or pre-order of product. and all sales and pre-order terms.
